Quality craftsmanship, very happy with the service I received 😀

From start to finish the service given and attention to detail was fantastic. Being a period house I'd had several quotes before and non were interested so I'd lost hope. Dani was very professional and knew straight away what I was looking for. Lounge and hallway fitted in a few days with no fuss and keeps the character of the house. Can't praise them enough.

We engaged Dan / Moss Bank Flooring because they are a local company and as a food manufacturer supplying butchers, farm shops and other food manufactuers, continuity of supply for them was very important. The price and start date was bang on what I expected and the start date agreed (March 24) and they said the 2000sq ft (approx) would take 2-3 days with a gap between to allow for 'curing'. How impressed I was when not only did they arrive on the day agreed, but on time 7.45am... We'd already cleared the whole area (sinks, equipment etc) apart from remove an industrial fridge door (2.5 high x 2m wide) big enough to drive a fort truck thro'. they unbolted and shifted this without hesitation. The whole job of grinding & screeding was done as agreed in the week (with the curing time gap) and I cannot fault the final finished floor, and they came back to refit the big fridge door. We/I painted the floor a few days later. The staff are more than happy to work in a far better environment for them and for me it was money well spent.
